Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai for the role of Assistant Professor in Hospital Management. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, developing curriculum and teaching materials, supervising student research projects, and providing academic mentorship. The candidate will also be expected to conduct research in hospital management, contribute to institutional publications, and engage in administrative and departmental tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance, NABH accreditation, Clinical Governance besides Organizational Behavior and Marketing experise in hospital setting.
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and University Teaching, especially in healthcare management-related programs
  • Proficiency in Research with a strong portfolio of publications or demonstrable research projects in hospital or healthcare management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and mentorship experience with students
  • A PhD or a Master's degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
