Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and academically driven professional for the position of Assistant Professor in HR / General Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching capability, academic administration experience, and research orientation. Prior experience in NAAC accredited colleges/institutions is essential.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Ph.D. in Management / Human Resource Management / Business Administration / related discipline (Mandatory)
  • Master's Degree with specialization in HR / Management / MBA from a recognized university.
  • Relevant teaching experience in higher education institutions.
  • Experience in academic administration and departmental coordination preferred.
  • Prior experience in NAAC accredited colleges/institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong research publications, conference participation, and academic contributions preferred.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management programs.
  • Teach subjects in HR and General Management such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Strategic HRM, Principles of Management, Operations, Marketing Basics, Leadership, Business Law and related areas.
  • Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, assessments, and evaluation reports.
  • Mentor students for academics, internships, live projects, placements, and career readiness.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and outcome-based education initiatives.
  • Support admissions, student engagement, discipline, and departmental activities.
  • Participate actively in NAAC, IQAC, NIRF, and accreditation-related processes.
  • Undertake research activities, publish papers, and attend FDPs, seminars, and conferences.
  • Organize guest lectures, management events, workshops, industrial visits, and HR conclaves.
  • Assist in academic scheduling, documentation, compliance, and institutional development initiatives.
