1. :Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline
2. .Consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two years full time PGDM programme from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC
3. .Candidates with a minimum of two years experience of teaching excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree will be preferred
4. .Minimum 2 SCI Publications in refereed journals

.Desirable

1. :Teaching, research, industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization
2. .Papers presented at conferences, published work such as research papers, books or technical reports published in referred journals, patents filed / obtained
