Role Summary
The selected candidates will be responsible for effective classroom teaching, student mentoring, research activities, and active participation in institutional academic and accreditation processes. The role demands enthusiasm for teaching, strong subject expertise, and a commitment to student success and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Deliver theory and practical courses using effective pedagogical methods
Ø Guide students in academic projects, research, internships, and career planning
Ø Engage in quality research, publications, workshops, and conferences
Ø Support accreditation activities including NIRF, NAAC, and NBA initiatives
Ø Contribute to curriculum enrichment, academic planning, and departmental activities
Ø Maintain professionalism, discipline, and a positive academic environment
Qualifications
Ø Minimum qualifications as per AICTE / JNTUH norms
Ø Prior teaching, research, and publication experience preferred
Ø Professionals with relevant industry experience and interest in teaching are welcome
Compensation
Ø Salary as per AICTE norms
Ø Higher salary may be offered to deserving and experienced candidates
