Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, located in Gurugram, Haryana. The Faculty will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and mentoring students. Responsibilities will also include contributing to curriculum development, conducting research, and participating in departmental and institutional activities. The role demands a commitment to academic excellence, collaboration with peers, and active involvement in guiding students in their academic and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching and delivering technical content in a clear and engaging manner
• Experience in research, publishing papers, and conducting innovative academic studies
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and course planning
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant knowledge in specialized engineering or management fields
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (M.Tech/Ph.D. preferred)
• Prior experience in academia or teaching is an advantage
• Familiarity with the latest tools and technologies in higher education is a plus
