The Digital Marketing Faculty will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented education with a strong focus on experiential learning, practical exposure, and student employability. The role involves teaching core digital marketing subjects, mentoring students, facilitating industry collaborations, and contributing to curriculum enhancement aligned with evolving market trends.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesDeliver lectures and practical sessions on Digital Marketing subjects including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Branding.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and assessment tools aligned with the curriculum.
Upload study materials, session plans, and assignments on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Conduct live projects, workshops, and real-world campaign-based learning activities.
Evaluate assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations in a timely manner.
Mentor students on career opportunities, portfolio building, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
Guide students in developing practical skills related to campaign execution, analytics, and digital strategy.
Support slow learners through remedial sessions and personalized academic guidance.
Track student progress and maintain mentoring records.
Build and leverage industry connections to facilitate internships, live projects, guest lectures, and placements.
Bring industry experts and practitioners for interactive sessions and workshops.
Keep students updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Collaborate with industry partners to enhance experiential learning opportunities.
Contribute to curriculum enhancement aligned with current digital marketing trends and technologies.
Support interdisciplinary learning and teach allied management subjects as required.
Participate in academic events, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.
Encourage innovation, research, and entrepreneurship among students.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to integrate theory with practical industry applications.
Strong industry networking and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in LMS platforms, and digital marketing tools/software.
