The School of Engineering at Chanakya University is seeking applications for faculty positions in diverse fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. Moreover, a willingness to contribute effectively to the university's educational landscape is highly desirable.

Assistant Professor

Role & Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses as assigned in the relevant specialisation.
• Conduct theory and laboratory classes effectively using outcome-based pedagogy.
• Assist in curriculum delivery, continuous assessments (formative & summative), and evaluation activities.
• Guide student mini-projects, laboratories, and tutorials.
• Participate in academic administration, examination duties, and student mentoring.
• Initiate research activities and publish in refereed journals/conferences.
• Support accreditation (NBA/NAAC), departmental activities, and institutional events.

Eligibility & Experience

• Ph.D. is highly preferred as per AICTE–UGC norms.
• Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E./MCA/M.Sc) in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution of repute.
• 1–5 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge in AI, ML/DL is mandatory.

• Strong research background in multidisciplinary fields.
• Willingness to adopt new teaching tools, LMS, and assessment methods.
