- Finance — FM, valuation, fintech, financial modelling

- Marketing — digital-first, data-literate, comfortable with analytics and attribution

- HR / OB — org design, talent strategy, not just textbook theory

- Analytics — SQL, Python, dashboarding — can teach MBAs to be dangerous with data

- Strategy / General Management — consulting background or real operating experience
