Position- Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – CSE

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students in core and emerging areas of CSE
- Handle theory classes, laboratory sessions, tutorials, and project guidance
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and evaluation reports
- Guide students in internships, mini projects, major projects, and research activities
- Participate in curriculum development, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NBA/NAAC accreditation activities, and academic administration
- Conduct research, publish papers in reputed journals/conferences, and contribute to consultancy/funded projects
- Organize and participate in FDPs, workshops, seminars, hackathons, conferences, and placement activities
- Mentor students for academic performance, technical skills, and career development
- Collaborate with industries and institutions for internships, placements, MoUs, and innovation initiatives
- Support departmental and institutional responsibilities assigned by the HOD/Management
Experience
- Assistant Professor: 0–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience
- Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications and academic contributions
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant specialization with First Class in either UG or PG
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline is mandatory for Associate Professor and preferred for Assistant Professor
- Qualifications and experience should be as per AICTE norms for Engineering & Technology institutions
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with research publications, patents, funded projects, consultancy, or industry exposure will be preferred
- Experience in NBA/NAAC documentation and academic coordination is an added advantage
