Assistant Professor / Associate Professor Computer Science & Engineering

Chandigarh University, Gharuan, Mohali, Punjab, India
Qualifications (Mandatory):
- B.Tech in Computer Science or relevant discipline from a recognized university
- M.Tech in Computer Science or related specialization
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology (awarded or submitted as per UGC norms)
- Strong academic and research credentials as per UGC/AICTE norms
Experience:
- Assistant Professor: 15 years (Fresh Ph.D. holders can apply)
- Associate Professor: Minimum 8+ years of teaching/research/industry experience including at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Computer Science & Engineering
- Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research
- Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals
- Prepare research proposals and contribute to funded research activities
- Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards
- Participate in academic and administrative committees
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional growth
