Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, development, and academic assessment within the department
• Promote excellence in teaching, research, and innovation through modern pedagogical practices.
• Establish a strong publication record and attract extramural funding.
• Mentor and develop faculty members to achieve institutional goals
• Ensure student learning outcomes and academic quality standards
• Contribute to NAAC/NBA processes including AQAR and institutional development

Qualification: Ph.D./ Master's degree with First class, ASRB NET in the appropriate branch of Agriculture, with an exemplary academic and Research record throughout.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience

Candidate Profile:

• Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consulting projects will be given preference will be considered.
• Faculty who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Innovative, Industry Interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and academic management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic academic environment
