About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Production to lead and coordinate production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, system-oriented, and capable of ensuring uninterrupted production by effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Materials, Purchase, Quality, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules to ensure zero line stoppage.
- Collaborate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, and R&D to ensure smooth material flow and timely availability of components.
- Ensure production targets are met with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency through Lean Manufacturing practices, Kaizen, and 5S implementation.
- Analyze bottlenecks and eliminate production crises through proactive planning and resource optimization.
- Ensure adherence to process discipline and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the production team with a systematic, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Utilize latest tools and techniques in Industry 4.0 to enhance productivity and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with any Quality Management System (ISO/TS or equivalent).
- Provide leadership, training, and motivation to team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience:- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in an electronics or electrical equipment manufacturing setup.
