Assistant Product Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Voice AI team. You'll work directly with the PM to ship AI agents that handle millions of real sales conversations — across languages, industries, and use cases. This is a role for someone early in their product career who wants to learn fast, get close to production systems, and do the work that makes good product happen: writing specs, digging into data, listening to calls, tracking delivery, and measuring outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Partner with PMs to shape product direction — bring customer context, data, and ground-level detail into every decision
• Dig into how AI systems behave in production: prompt behaviour, model trade-offs, latency budgets, failure modes, and eval pipeline
• Listen to call recordings and analyse quality monitoring data to surface insights and flag issues
• Maintain the roadmap, feature backlog, and OKR tracker — keep them accurate and current
• Pull data, write queries, and build dashboards to monitor live product performance
• eAssist in go-to-market prep for feature launches: documentation, internal enablement, customer communication

What We're Looking For

• Around 2 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a closely adjacent role
• High agency with a bias for action
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Analytical foundation, comfortable with SQL or getting there quickly; you look for signal, not just numbers
• Detail-oriented, you notice when a metric moves, a flow breaks, or a call transcript sounds off
• Curious about AI systems, you don't need to build models, but you want to understand how they behave
