Associate Product Manager:

We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to lead and scale the Insurance journey at Policybazaar. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, revenue retention, and operational efficiency, and will own end-to-end product outcomes across digital and assisted channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-impact B2C environment - translating complex business and regulatory requirements into simple, scalable product solutions.

Key Skills Required:

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, aligned with business, revenue, and customer retention goals

• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements

• Conduct user research and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements

• Create clear, comprehensive, and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and wireframes

• Leverage data analysis (SQL, BI tools) to define metrics, track performance, and drive decision-making

• Partner with the Technology team to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality output

• Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven product management experience in a tech/e-commerce/fintech environment/B2C in a fast paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / quantitative field; Master's preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, product management tools, and cross-functional execution

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
