Assistant Product Manager International Marketing

Role Overview:
The Assistant Product Manager International Marketing will support the global growth and brand positioning of Meril Endo-Surgery. This role involves surgeon engagement, product launches, medical education initiatives, marketing collateral development, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the company's international footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Meril at international congresses and share actionable market insights.
- Drive surgeon engagement through summits, observerships, workshops and training programs.
- Support international product launches and track market adoption.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, sales aids, gifts, and brand reminders.
- Develop teaser videos, animations, and visual content in collaboration with creative teams.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns with the digital marketing team.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain and Sales for strategic alignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing or related field) is mandatory.
- 23 years of experience in marketing or 56 years of relevant sales experience in endo-mechanical.
- Strong communication, project management, and creative execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
