Job Profile: Assistant Producer - Live Streaming
Responsibilities:
Live Video Production:
- Work on successfully creating and executing live events.
- Coordinate with the internal design team to create graphics and assets for live videos.
- Facilitate seamless live streaming experiences, ensuring technical requirements are met, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the live sessions.
- Provide guidance to influencers and creators on optimising their on-camera presence.
- Explore and implement innovative ways to enhance the quality and engagement of live events.
- Create live broadcasts for creators
- Includes travelling to studios and creator's home for live shoots.
- Monitor live streams for performance and resolve any issues in real-time.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of video production. Familiar with live streaming softwares like OBS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, creators, and technical teams.
- 1-2 years of experience in video production. Freshers with a good understanding of video production and a keen interest to learn can apply too.
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Hindi is required
Note: This is a shift-based role with shift timings extending until midnight, including weekends. Flexibility in working hours is essential to meet the demands of live event scheduling.
