Position Overview

Join our dynamic Sourcing & Procurement team as an Assistant Procurement Manager specializing in Integrated Facility Management services. This strategic role combines commercial expertise with sustainable procurement leadership to drive business growth across India's expanding markets. You'll be instrumental in shaping vendor ecosystems, optimizing cost structures, and advancing JLL's sustainability commitments while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

What You'll Do

Drive Commercial Excellence Transform how we approach the market by developing innovative pricing frameworks and competitive positioning strategies. You'll work closely with our Sales Development and Pricing teams to craft compelling commercial propositions that win business while maintaining healthy margins. Develop comprehensive databases, rate cards, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for consumables and supplies to ensure accurate pricing and cost optimization. Your market intelligence and vendor insights will be critical in expanding our footprint into emerging Indian markets.

Lead Vendor Ecosystem Development Build and nurture a robust network of service providers across India, with particular emphasis on developing capabilities in secondary and tertiary markets. You'll identify emerging suppliers, negotiate strategic partnerships, and create collaborative frameworks that enhance our service delivery capabilities.

Ensure Operational Excellence Maintain rigorous standards in contract management, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation. You'll establish robust audit frameworks, ensure regulatory adherence, and create scalable processes that support our growing business operations.

What You Bring

Essential Experience

  • Graduate degree is a bare minimum requirement
  • 3-5 years in strategic procurement, preferably within facility management or real estate services
  • Proven track record in vendor management and commercial negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market benchmarking and pricing strategies
  • Demonstrate great teamwork, collaboration and stakeholder management in a matrix organization

Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of facility management service categories and market dynamics
  • Advanced Excel skills requirement for data analysis
  • Experience with contract structuring, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in procurement technologies and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and ESG reporting
