Role Description
The Assistant Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement processes, evaluate suppliers, and manage contracts to ensure optimized supply chain operations. The responsibilities include supplier evaluation, vendor negotiations, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The role requires extensive coordination with cross-functional teams, data analysis, and reporting to improve procurement effectiveness and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- High-level Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Proficient communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the dairy or food supply chain industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant procurement and supplier management software
