Job Title: Asst. PMT - Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical
Location: Cochin
Job Type: In-Office and 15 Days Field Work
Education (Must Qualifications): BAMS/MD (Ayurveda)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned pharma & nutraceutical products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to create impactful marketing plans.
- Define product positioning, target audience, and go-to-market strategies.
2. Design promotional materials (brochures, digital content, visual aids) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute CME programs, workshops, and conferences.
- Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and marketing strategies.
3. Market Analysis and Insights
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and buying behaviour.
- Analyse sales performance and campaign ROI to recommend improvements.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with KOLs, doctors, Ayurvedic practitioners, and medical associations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
5. Budgeting and Compliance
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical pharma & nutraceutical marketing guidelines.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong exposure to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical marketing, including Ayurveda segment.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
