Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Plant Manager at PATSON FOODS (INDIA) PVT. LTD, located in Navsari. The Assistant Plant Manager will assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations, including production planning, manufacturing operations, and plant management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Operations and Operations Management
- Knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with employees, management, and vendors
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce them
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing industry is a plus
