Assistant Photographer (Marketing Agency)

We are hiring Motion Graphics Artist + Editor for a Client of TalBalad.

Skills

• Proficiency with professional camera systems

• Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, lens choice and camera movement

• Understanding of short and long form formats

• Familiarity with on set data management and card workflow

• Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and multiple projects simultaneously

Job Responsibilities

• Own the look of every shoot, from lighting and framing to camera movement and

lens choice

• Shoot across brand collaborations, original and cinematic content

• Move fluidly between professional camera setups and iPhone shooting

• Scout and pitch fresh locations for shoots

• Brainstorm and develop shot references with the team during pre production

• Partner with different departments and the editor from pre production through shoot

• Maintain on set discipline. Organised cards, clean handoffs, footage ready to edit

Experience Expected

• 2 to 4 years of hands on cinematography or videography experience

• Strong reel showing range across formats, lighting conditions and environments

• Experience across social and longer form content preferred

Work Week

• Monday to Friday

• Some weekends when there are shoots or edits

Work Timings

• 11 AM to 6 PM, from office

Work Location

• Worli, Mumbai

• Plus shoot locations as required
