Job Description
- Complete ownership of the payroll process for Around 1200+ employees.
- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages etc)
- Good experience of working with different payroll tool & HR tool ( If Keka HR then plus)
- Generate UAN and ESIC numbers and ECR's fillings
- Collection and coordination of payroll inputs and auditing of payroll input data once received from the different, different location RM's.
- Managing employee benefits programs, coordinating with vendors.
- Employee Grievance management related to Payroll, compliance and Benefits.
- Taking care of Investment declaration and proofs checking and updating.
- Form-16 activity & TDS payments.
- PAN India registrations and records maintenance under various labour laws.
- Performing Annual PMS exercise (salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations).
