Profile Summary :-We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and compliance. The role involves handling salary processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity), reconciliation, and employee query management.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Oversight of the complete payroll cycle, from input validation to computation and disbursement.
  • Ensuring rigorous compliance with statutory laws and timely filing of returns.
  • Managing full & final settlements, bonus disbursements, and incentive processing.
  • Collaboration with the Finance team for salary payouts and audit-related needs.
  • Upholding the confidentiality of payroll MIS and reports.

Requirements :-

  • Graduate / MBA (HR/Finance) with 5–10 years of solid payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRMS, and knowledge of compliance laws.
  • Demonstrated accuracy, integrity, and robust analytical skills.
