Job Title: Assistant Manager Payroll

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete payroll processing for 12001500 employees on a monthly basis.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary structures.
- Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws.
- Manage payroll audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and cost analysis reports.
- Stay updated and ensure implementation of applicable Government schemes, labor reforms, and compliance updates.
- Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashments.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary and statutory deductions efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRMS systems.
- Excellent understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws.
- Awareness of Government schemes such as PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, wage code updates, etc.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic personality with ability to manage high-volume payroll operations.
Experience & Qualification
- 58+ years of experience in payroll management.
- Experience handling payroll for 12001500 employees is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / HR or related field.
- Additional certification in Payroll / Labor Laws will be an advantage.
