Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager Payroll

Company: Jaipur Rugs

Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete payroll processing for 12001500 employees on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary structures.
  • Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws.
  • Manage payroll audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
  • Generate payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and cost analysis reports.
  • Stay updated and ensure implementation of applicable Government schemes, labor reforms, and compliance updates.
  • Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashments.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters.
  • Resolve employee queries related to salary and statutory deductions efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws.
  • Awareness of Government schemes such as PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, wage code updates, etc.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic personality with ability to manage high-volume payroll operations.

Experience & Qualification

  • 58+ years of experience in payroll management.
  • Experience handling payroll for 12001500 employees is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / HR or related field.
  • Additional certification in Payroll / Labor Laws will be an advantage.
