About the role:
This role exists to make sure
nothing stalls: integrations move, dependencies close, documentation is complete, and partners stay aligned.
You'll work closely with
lenders,NBFCs,PGs, and legal teams to support partnership execution and scaling.
What You'll Be Accountable For
- On-time partner onboarding and go-lives
- Clear tracking of partner dependencies
- Smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Operational readiness of every live partnership
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Partner Coordination & Execution
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners: lenders, NBFCs,Banks, and channel partners
- Drive day-to-day coordination with partner and business teams.
- Track and close pending items: APIs, documentation, onboarding etc
- Ensure follow-ups are tight and timelines don't slip.
- Sales Operations Support
- Support the partnerships and business teams with operational reporting, MIS, and pipeline tracking
- Maintain structured records of partner activity, onboarding status, and go-live milestones
- Flag blockers early and coordinate resolution across internal teams
- Assist in preparing partner-facing materials: SOPs, onboarding kits, and communication templates
- Channel Partner Management
- Act as a point of contact for assigned channel partners for day-to-day queries and coordination
- Drive timely follow-ups on APIs, integration steps, documentation, and onboarding tasks
- Monitor early post-go-live performance and flag integration or operational issues
- Support expansion of scope — new products, rule changes, or new flows — as partners scale
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, operations, program management, or fintech roles.
- Strong execution and follow-up skills
- Comfort working with tech teams, APIs, and system-driven products.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
