We're Hiring: Assistant Manager Operations (E-Commerce Process)
Preferred Candidates:
- Minimum 1 year 6 months experience as Assistant Manager Operations.
- Strong experience in Non-Voice / Backend / Chat / Email support processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and meet client SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Experience in E-Commerce operations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure client SLAs and operational metrics are consistently achieved.
- Handle escalations, process improvements, and team development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
