Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Banking Collections/BFSI Collections.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader handling collections operations.
- Strong knowledge of collections strategies, delinquency management, recovery processes, and team performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to drive KPIs including Collections, Productivity, Quality, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
- Graduation is mandatory.
