Salary- 6 LPA to 7 LPA
Responsibilities:
- B2B Operations Management: Handle Vendor Central operations, inventory management, PO tracking, forecasting, shipment planning, ASNs, and replenishments.
- B2C and D2C Operations Management: Optimize warehouse operations, order processing, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, RTO/RTV management, and SPF claim management.
- Demand Planning & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to optimize stock and minimize costs.
- Last Mile Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient last-mile delivery, minimizing NDRs and RTOs.
- Data & Insights: Monitor e-commerce data and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in D2C startups or FMCG/e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce/D2C operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Supply chain efficiency: Lead time reduction, fill rate OTIF.
- Inventory management: Out-of-stock %, On-hand vs. System Inventory.
- Stock optimization: Days on hand.
- Operational smoothness: Zero order cancellations and NDRs, zero missed appointments.
