Job Description

Objective

Ensure smooth hospital operations by maintaining service quality, efficiency, compliance, and best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily hospital operations across units
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure service excellence
  • Monitor key areas: infection control, biomedical, utilities, housekeeping & costs
  • Track OPD/IPD performance, discharge TAT & patient satisfaction
  • Conduct regular audits, visits & team training

2. Data & Reporting

  • Compile daily & monthly MIS reports
  • Monitor operational data and take corrective actions
  • Maintain key registers (linen, vehicle, etc.)

3. Administration & Facility

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & infection-free environment
  • Supervise housekeeping, staffing, duty allocation & attendance
  • Manage biomedical waste disposal as per norms
  • Coordinate with nursing & other departments
  • Ensure patient readiness before admission

4. Team & Compliance

  • Train staff on policies & best practices
  • Ensure discipline, grooming & adherence to hospital protocols
  • Handle patient concerns and improve experience
  • Support audits, budgeting & compliance activities
