Role Description

This is a remote role for an Assistant Operations Manager in Remote Clinical Operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, managing workflows, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Assistant Operations Manager will support process improvements, liaise between various teams, and maintain accurate reporting to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Additional responsibilities include problem-solving operational challenges and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and quality in service delivery.

• Previous experience in healthcare operations or clinical management is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Availability on CST work hours
• 3-5 years of experience
