Role Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations while ensuring service excellence, profitability, and team efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-ground operations (IPOs) and ensure effective Supply Chain (CCC) governance.
  • Identify, onboard, and strengthen partnerships across multiple categories, including CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Pet Handlers, and Pet Carrier Manufacturers, primarily across India.
  • Oversee partner and vendor performance management, including implementation of rewards and penalties.
  • Handle procurement and pricing for all services (Taxi, CHA, Freight Forwarders, Vets, AQCS), ensuring targeted profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Government Clearance Officers across various states.
  • Manage domestic and international courier partners.
  • Drive strategic initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs.
  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery


Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the Packing & Moving / Relocation industry.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, pricing strategies, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enterprising and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify challenges and drive resolutions.
  • Flexible to coordinate with on-ground teams during early mornings or late nights, as required.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
