Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Manager to manage end-to-end operations while ensuring service excellence, profitability, and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations and ensure smooth execution of services within defined TATs and SLAs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors for service delivery, performance management, and issue resolution.
- Handle vendor payments, billing verification, and reconciliation in coordination with finance.
- Own pricing, profitability tracking, and margin improvement for assigned operations.
- Ensure consistent collection of customer feedback and drive improvement in NPS.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations and customer service teams to meet performance targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all operational and customer interactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide inputs to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations or Customer Support roles, preferably in the Packing & Moving industry.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, pricing, and operational workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
