Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Operations Manager BGV Operations role.
The role involves managing day-to-day background verification operations, including case allocation, turnaround time (TAT) tracking, vendor coordination, quality control, and operational issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of verification reports.
This is a hands-on execution role and requires active involvement in daily operations rather than high-level coordination only.
Qualifications
13 years of experience in employee background verification operations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end BGV workflows (employment, education, address, criminal checks, etc.)
Experience managing vendors and meeting SLAs
Ability to handle multiple cases in a volume-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
Clear written and verbal communication skills
