Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented and mature professional for the role of Assistant Manager

Operations. The candidate will be responsible for leading the operations team, driving data-backed

decisions, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless operational

execution across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Drive a data-driven approach to operational planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Prepare, analyze, and present reports using MS Excel and other tools.

Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure operational alignment.

Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Support cross-functional coordination for business continuity and growth

Travel across India as required to oversee and streamline operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6+ years of total work experience.

At least 3+ years of experience in a Team Leader (TL) or supervisory role.

Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and operational reporting.

Experience in handling operations teams and managing escalations.
