Responsibilities:
1. Managing Entry & Exit of employees, contractual & visitors during shifts
2. Physical checking of all materials, & persons coming in/going out of factory.
3. Managing Emergencies, accident & fire incidents, Strikes z7 Unrest of workers, when arises.
4. Controlling of unrest & labor gathering at Factory gate & in company premise.
5. Vigilance, surveillance & intelligence
6. Able to handle emergency situation & manage road safety & fire safety related compliances
Must be knowledge of SAP, Presentation skills, ensure safety & security of plant Management, Machine and Material also ensure no theft case accrued in the plant premises
