Ensure security arrangements in Plant to safeguard unit's assets & employees.
Operationalize of fire-fighting equipment's and make them available during emergencies within short notice to prevent and contain fires.
Train the security guards on rescue operation during emergencies.
Knowledge on EOW systems.
Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc.
Proper attendance accounting of security guards during shift, Maintain Discipline of security guards at shift, ensure maintenance and up keeping hygiene of security barracks and Coordinate with IR Team at plant during exigencies.
Ensuring 100%, compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
Effective implementation of IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards.
Preferably: Ex-Servicemen Having 6-8 Years Experience in Industrial Security
