Roles And Responsibilities
- Onsite mentoring and supportive supervision of nurse mentors and health care personnel in the health facilities within the district
- Training of nurse mentors & health care personnel in the health facilities
- Evaluation of competencies of health care personnel and ensuring the quality of data collected from health facilities.
- Capacity building and mentoring of research health personnel and project assistants.
- Report on the project activities being implemented to the core team at regular intervals.
- Plan and develop quality improvement initiatives at the health facilities to help achieve the project objectives
