IMPORTANT ADVISORY: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Virtual Information Seminar in January, followed by an interview with the German employer conducted in English. Successful candidates must commit to mandatory, full-time Medical and Language training in Delhi starting in February (MondayFriday, 7 hours daily). The language training will take place for 8-10months until the candidate clears B2 level german language proficieny exam.

Note: The Medical training is not part of the german placement curriculum. It is provided as an added benefit to gain more genric medical training experience while the candidte prepares for the lanaguge exams.

Job Description:

About the Opportunity: Unova Mobility is selecting a final batch of 30 Registered Nurses for an assisted placement program in Germany. This is an end-to-end career transition program including medical and language training happening in Delhi.

Ideal Candidate Location: Delhi NCR or candidates willing to shift to Delhi for Training.

Financial Benefits & Perks:

Salary: 2,400 - 3,600 (Gross) + Overtime.

Location: Leading Hospitals in Germany.

Training: 8-10 months of B2 German & Medical training in Delhi.

Mandatory Eligibility:

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing or GNM.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Gap not exceeding 6 months).

Commitment: Ready for full-time training (Mon-Fri) in Delhi.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi (Training) for an Assistant Nurse, with the ultimate goal of international placement in Germany. The Assistant Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting in medical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additional responsibilities include supporting doctors and senior nurses in patient management, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in patient care, medical support, and monitoring vital signs

Knowledge of hygiene standards, infection control measures, and medical documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English; candidates with familiarity or a willingness to learn German will have an added advantage

Compassionate disposition and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team

Nursing degree or diploma and relevant licensure or certification, BSc. Nursing or GNM

Minimum 1 year of previous clinical or hospital experience is preferred

Willingness to relocate and adapt to German healthcare standards and practice
