Assistant Merchandiser – Garment Unit

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Merchandiser for a garment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing different fashion brands and buyer requirements

* Coordinating order timelines and production schedules

* Following up with sampling, approvals, and bulk production

* Planning production strategies to ensure timely deliveries

* Handling day-to-day problem solving during production processes

* Coordinating with production, quality, and sourcing teams

* Maintaining strong communication with buyers and internal departments

* Preparing reports, order tracking, and documentation

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of garment merchandising and production flow

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to handle multiple brands/orders simultaneously

* Problem-solving mindset and team management abilities

* Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment processes preferred

* Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, reporting)

Experience

* 1–3 years preferred in garment merchandising/manufacturing
