About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser Customer Service to support both online and offline retail operations at Aprajita Toor.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, merchandising coordination, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Coordination
- Liaise with customers to address product inquiries, order updates, alterations, and post-purchase support.
- Ensure seamless and elevated customer experience across e-commerce and in-store channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Manage CRM records and maintain structured communication logs.
E-commerce & Offline Support
- Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing and tracking.
- Monitor and respond to website, social media, and WhatsApp queries in alignment with brand tone.
- Assist in-store client servicing and product coordination.
Merchandising & Inventory Management
- Help maintain stock levels and monitor inventory movement.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and assist in basic demand planning.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock status, and customer trends.
- Support merchandising documentation and data accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service (fashion/luxury preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling both operational and client-facing responsibilities.
