Purpose of the Role:
The Assistant Media Manager – Digital will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce platforms. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, operational rigor, and an analytical mindset to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, accurately, and continuously improved to drive performance outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms (DV360 / The Trade Desk)
- Drive Search (SEM) execution, including keyword management, bidding, and ongoing optimization
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, trafficking, and QA for error-free delivery
- Monitor live campaigns and proactively address delivery, pacing, and performance issues
- Analyze performance data and share actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Support campaign optimization through A/B testing, audience refinement, and bid adjustments
- Develop and maintain campaign reports (daily/weekly/post-campaign) with clear insights
- Track budgets, spends, and key performance metrics with high accuracy
- Execute and monitor E-commerce campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit (or similar platforms)
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Functional Expertise:
- Campaign delivery and optimization across brand and performance KPIs (CPM, CPV, Reach, Impressions, VTR, Video Views, CPA, ROAS)
- Familiarity with campaign measurement and verification tools (CM360, IAS or equivalent)
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel)
Experience:
3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media execution across Search, Social & Programmatic campaigns.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA or equivalent preferred)
