We are looking for an Assistant Marketplace Manager to support our online marketplace operations, optimize listings, coordinate with partners, and drive growth across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for marketplace selling, covering listing optimization, product promotions, and vendor management.

• Execute SEO and advertising strategies/ performance marketing on marketplace platforms to improve product visibility and rankings.

• Monitor and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces to ensure accuracy and consistency, and build scalable systems for efficient management.

• Analyze marketplace data, track sales trends, and assess competitive pricing to drive informed decisions and enhance sales performance.

• Monitor and maintain P&L performance for assigned marketplace accounts.

• Oversee customer reviews and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with platform requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on product content creation and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing online marketplaces for a D2C brand.

• Prior experience in the Health & Wellness sector is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace tools.

• Solid understanding of SEO and ability to interpret and act on data analytics.

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
