We are looking for an Assistant Marketplace Manager to support our online marketplace operations, optimize listings, coordinate with partners, and drive growth across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for marketplace selling, covering listing optimization, product promotions, customer service, and vendor management.

Monitor and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces to ensure accuracy and consistency, and build scalable systems for efficient management.

Analyse marketplace data, track sales trends, and assess competitive pricing to drive informed decisions and enhance sales performance.

Oversee customer reviews and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with platform requirements.

Execute SEO and advertising strategies/ performance marketing on marketplace platforms to improve product visibility and rankings.

Collaborate with the marketing team on product content creation and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience managing online marketplaces for a D2C brand.

Prior experience in the Health & Wellness sector is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace tools.

Solid understanding of SEO and ability to interpret and act on data analytics.

Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
