Position: Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, email campaigns, and offline branding initiatives.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver effective go-to-market plans and brand communication.
- Lead content creation, campaign creatives, photoshoots, and overall brand storytelling across platforms.
- Plan and execute brand activations, exhibitions, and events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign ROI, and prepare marketing reports and dashboards.
- Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and partnerships to drive efficient and impactful execution.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to convert insights into impactful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics platforms, and BI/reporting tools.
