CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB
We are looking for a proactive Industry Marketing Specialist to support marketing execution across key target industry segments, contributing to long-term segment strategy and business growth objectives.
The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing programs across areas such as ABM and digital marketing, content development, exhibitions, industry events, PR, sales enablement collateral, and market and competitor intelligence. This position will work closely with Sales, KAMs, Product Management, and regional teams to strengthen lead generation, improve funnel progression from MQL to SQL, and enhance ROI visibility through regular dashboard reporting and performance tracking.
The role will play an important part in supporting pipeline influence and revenue growth by ensuring that marketing campaigns and activities are executed consistently, on time, and with measurable impact throughout the year.
Job Accountabilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, tech days, and industry events end-to-end. Track and report ROI across events, and campaigns.
- Maintain and manage the ABM calendar aligned to sales priorities and target accounts, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns across content, email flows, LinkedIn, webinars, and event tie-ins.
- Support marketing initiatives and go-to-market activities for products, solutions, or industry campaigns.
- Support in monitoring the market research efforts and Industry strategies to understand customer needs, industry trends, and application opportunities in new and existing segments.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, brochures, application notes, email templates, case studies, etc.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to drive integrated execution.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B (industry/segment marketing, product marketing, demand gen, Market analyst, or MarCom), ideally in industrial/engineering/manufacturing sectors.
- Strong ability to interpret market data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. Comfortable with market research, competitor tracking, and insight-driven marketing execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proven experience executing events/exhibitions and developing sales enablement materials.
