Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences.
  • Create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business's revenue.
  • Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
  • Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
  • Creating engaging and informative content for website, blog, social media or any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
  • Device strategies for New product launches, right from ideation to finished packaging design to the product, marketing activities, and launch for the new product.

Tasks & Activities:

  • Coordinating with the entire team - Digital marketing, events, marketing materials, design coordination and ensuring all the segments are functioning smoothly.
  • Taking care of Mr. Ravi's PR activities, college guest speaker events.
  • Be the POC for all external vendors - PR agencies, advertising agencies, BTL agencies - review the projects/activities they propose, finalize the projects based on priority and relevance.
  • Preparing campaign strategies based on the targets, seasons, and geographies - coordinate with influencers, agencies, and see the campaign reach the target customers as per the plan.
  • Device strategies that increase the repeat purchase percentage and also acquire a new customer base.
  • Coordinating with design agencies, getting the brand language in place, and setting a communication channel as per the brand personality.
  • Ensuring the communication across all touchpoints - online, offline, packaging, and branding on the same page.
  • Taking care of influencer marketing campaigns and making sure that the campaigns are executed to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need.
  • Hire and train a team of marketing associates as per the business requirements.
  • Identify the setbacks in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgets.
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Prepare marketing budgets for online, offline events & activities and do the best to generate consistent brand awareness and ROI.
