Assistant Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Nirvana Realty is one of Maharashtra's leading second-home and holiday home developers with over 20 years of legacy and multiple successful township projects near Mumbai. We are looking for a highly proactive Assistant Marketing Manager who can coordinate between marketing, sales, CRM, and management teams to ensure fast execution, reporting, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily between Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Channel Partner teams
- Track and manage incoming leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, portals, WhatsApp, and other campaigns
- Ensure timely lead assignment and follow-up by the sales team
- Monitor lead quality, missed calls, IVR reports, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, video editors, and digital marketing vendors
- Maintain marketing MIS, lead trackers, campaign reports, and sales coordination sheets
- Assist in launch campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
- Support sales team with presentations, brochures, inventory sheets, and customer communication
- Follow up internally to ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to site visit
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Excel, Zoho CRM, and Google Sheets for execution and reporting
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years experience in Marketing Coordination, Sales Coordination, CRM, Operations, or similar roles
- Real Estate experience preferred but not compulsory
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Fast learner with strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable handling multiple teams and vendors simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp communication, and marketing tools
- Candidates staying on Western Line preferred for easier commute

Salary
₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA depending on experience and capability
