Assistant Marketing Manager

Role Description: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-driven Assistant Marketing Manager –Retail to support and execute retail marketing initiatives across store locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store footfall, increasing brand visibility, managing promotional campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and sales performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or BTL activations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills. 
• Creative thinking with strong execution abilities. 
• Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer engagement. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing reporting. 
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. 
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, eyewear, or retail industry preferred.
