Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary
Assistant Marketing Manager to lead the brand and marketing strategy for our
Luxury Division. This role is a blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring a professional who can translate analytical insights into creative excellence. You will be the architect of our brand narrative, driving customer engagement and commercial impact across both digital and physical touchpoints globally and regionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Design and deploy 360° marketing strategies that reinforce premium brand positioning.
- Architect annual marketing calendars, product launch roadmaps, and integrated campaign plans.
- Leverage market research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Sync marketing initiatives with CRM data and commercial acquisition targets.
Execution & Brand Activation
- Lead the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (Digital, PR, Influencer, Print, and Experiential).
- Collaborate with internal creative, retail, and eCommerce teams to maintain a unified brand voice.
- Direct high-end content production, ensuring storytelling and visuals resonate with a luxury audience.
- Execute exclusive local activations and events to elevate brand prestige.
Digital & Performance Management
- Partner with digital specialists to optimize SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media ROI.
- Strictly monitor KPIs and campaign metrics, pivoting strategies based on performance data.
- Oversee CRM workflows (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance customer lifetime value.
Operations & Leadership
- Manage marketing budgets with a rigorous focus on ROI.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Mentor and support a lean marketing team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA/Master's preferred.
- Experience: At least 6 years in Marketing, with a strict minimum of 3 years within the Luxury or Jewelry sectors.
- Expertise: Proven track record in high-impact brand storytelling and strategic planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Attributes: A rare mix of creative flair and analytical rigor; exceptional project management skills and an uncompromising eye for detail.
