Role Overview:
We're looking for a Asst. Marketing Manager someone who lives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. You'll lead social media, manage offline experiences, coordinate events, and build customer love across touchpoints. The role demands an understanding of digital storytelling, a flair for execution, and an instinct for what drives engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand's social media strategy content planning, posting, engagement, and community building across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, reels, and brand stories.
- Manage and execute offline marketing activities, including sampling, events, and brand activations.
- Plan and coordinate on-ground events and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and experience.
- Build strong customer engagement initiatives from DMs to events to post-purchase experiences.
- Track marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and contribute to overall growth strategy.
- Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify campaigns and co-create content.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, design language, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of social media, influencer management, and offline marketing.
- Excellent communication and content ideation skills.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Prior experience in lifestyle, FMCG, or beverage brands is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Goa.
